4. Responsibilities of Server Administrators
By adding Laguno to a Discord server, the administrator responsible takes on the obligation of ensuring that use of the bot complies with these conditions, with Discord's policies and with applicable law.
Laguno is not liable for incorrect moderation actions, wrongful bans or any consequence resulting from unsuitable settings defined by the administrators.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from the temporary or permanent unavailability of the service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, for any server or user, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or for any other reason we consider justified.
Should the service be shut down, we will do our best to give reasonable advance notice through the official channels.
